If so, we would love to hear from you. Our Service supports people who have Learning Disabilities and / or Autism to live in their own homes in the community. This is an opportunity to be part of a service which makes a real difference to the lives of those people we support. About the Role Our Support Co-ordinators fulfil an essential role, leading the day to day running of the service. Duties include :

  • Supporting and supervising support workers in their job roles.
  • Supporting the manager and deputy manager to maintain the rota and allocating staff duties.
  • Overseeing and maintaining packages of support.
  • Supporting service users 1 : 1 in a person-centred way in their own homes.
  • As we are a registered service, supporting the management team in maintaining and monitoring delivery of care in accordance with CQC standards and regulations.
  • We need people who are reliable, pro-active and passionate about giving the people we support the best experience possible when they come to our service. Coordinators are expected to complete supervisions and annual reviews for support workers.

  • Support work experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Transferable skills
  • The ability to work in a physically demanding role
