Full Job Description

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract (with possible extension) supporting the team in Maidstone. As a Support Coach, you will play a key role in rehabilitating and reintegrating participants into the community. Working closely with stakeholders and partners, you will engage with participants through key working activities to identify their needs, goals, and skills. You will then provide pathways, support, and tailored interventions to facilitate successful resettlements. Pathways to Independence: The pathway's team offers support to 31 residents across services in Maidstone for homeless people in priority need , these projects are commissioned by Maidstone Borough council The main resident case load for this role will be based in at 10-11 LINK HOUSE FAIRMEADOW MAIDSTONE ME14 1JP, however you will be required to travel to other projects in Maidstone to suit service need., As a Support Coach, you'll be at the heart of empowering individuals on their journey toward recovery and reintegration. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive team and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to create meaningful change.

  • Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector
  • Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs
  • Ability and willingness to show flexibility of working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents
  • Ability to promote the service and provide outreach-based provision, with an ability to liaise and work effectively in partnership with stakeholders

    Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00AM - 17:00PM, you may be required to work flexibly to meet service needs. Salary: £23,900,
