Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of those in need? We are seeking a dedicated Support Mentor to join our service in Kensington and Chelsea. This project is partially funded by the Government's End Rough Sleeping for Good strategy and aims to provide vital support and accommodation to individuals currently experiencing rough sleeping. As a Support Mentor, you will be working weekends in a 24-hour supported accommodation service for homeless individuals with complex needs, including mental health challenges and substance misuse.
