Full Job Description

To provide an audio typist service to the department producing clinic letters and other documentation, ensuring that letters are processed in a timely manner., To provide secretarial and administrative support to the medical secretaries during planned and unplanned leave, thereby contributing to providing an efficient and comprehensive secretarial and administrative service for the department. Supporting the admin team including audio typing, scanning of documents, assisting with GP post distribution and prescription runs and monitoring email inbox.

To work independently, prioritising and managing own workload quickly and accurately, responding to the needs of the department. Day to date supervision will be provided by the secretarial team, support secretary/audio typist, Team Leader and Business manager.
