Full Job Description
To provide secretarial and administrative support to Maternity Risk Management Team, using a range of secretarial skills. Base Location: Poole Maternity Hospital (Moving to Bournemouth in Spring 2025) Interview Date: TBC
- Minute taking
- Organising meetings for the relevant teams
- Pulling data for reports
- Any other administrative skills needed within these teams
- Confidence in using Excel, Power Point and Word
