Full Job Description

  • Ensure that all support service calls are completed within response time.
  • Provide front-line telephone support ensuring, engineers and customers receive timely, professional, and efficient service
  • Offer remote assistance to customers
  • Uphold established stakeholder relationships and be ready to engage with new clients
  • Ensure all support related documentation and processes are maintained promptly and accurately

    Have a background in customer service, ideally providing first-line support to customers
  • Be computer literate with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills
