Full Job Description
We have an opportunity to join the STEPS team as a Support Team Manager, working 37 hours a week on a 7 day rota basis covering between the hours of 6.00am and 11.00pm.
Supporting people with a focus on re-ablement, promoting independence and enabling people to remain at home is a main priority of the service.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Support staff, case managers and administrators in delivery and resource across the Doncaster borough. You will assist in the management of operational field activities of a Home Care Support Team ensuring the provision and maintenance of a high quality service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in accordance with statutory, legislative and registration requirements.
