Full Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Band 4 Support, Time Recovery Worker. The individuals must be compassionate, committed and have good working knowledge of mental health. The post holder will work with service users to provide recovery focused interventions through ongoing support, practical assistance and problem resolution under the supervision of a senior team member. To contribute to the regular reviews of service users in the team.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will support service users with their recovery journeys through collaborative goal setting with a range of priority health and social needs under the supervision of a senior member of the team.
Help to identify early signs of relapse by monitoring the user's progress, level of functioning and mental state and alert the appropriate staff involved in the individual's care.
Participate in regular planning and review meetings with the clinician supervising pieces of work and maintain quality and management of clinical caseload within supervision process.
Maintain adequate records as required by existing procedures, entering appropriate details on the service user's case notes as necessary.
