Support Tutor

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Support Tutors. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about education and eager to develop their teaching skills. As a Support Tutor, you will work closely with experienced tutors to support learners in various subjects. No teaching experience required however experience in a customer experience setting with face to face contact with customers would be preferred or experience as a teaching assistant would also be preferred., Assist experienced tutors in delivering engaging and effective lessons to learners.
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
Help students develop study skills and strategies for success.
Create lesson plans and educational materials under the guidance of senior tutors.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to learners.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching methods and approaches.

A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on learners' lives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong academic background with proficiency in subjects relevant to tutoring assignments.
Previous tutoring or teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
Ability to adapt to the learning needs of individual learners.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
