Female Support Worker - Full or Part Time contracts available (22.5 - 37.5 hours per week)Location: Lords Hill, SO16Shift Pattern:

  • Mixture of earlies, lates, and weekends available., We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Lords Hill, SO16. You will be supporting four wonderful ladies in their own flats, with the potential to support two more ladies in the future. These ladies, aged between 30s to 50s, are sociable and enjoy going to the cinema, cafes, discos, and day centre., Documentation: Keep written records using IT systems, including support plans, incident logs, and health and safety records.

  • Environment: Create a calm and therapeutic environment for the people we support.

  • Personal Care: Provide elements of personal care and assist with mobility aids as needed.

  • Medication: Administer medication safely and accurately.

  • Companionship: Engage in and support the ladies' social activities and interests.
