  • Building Relationships: Support workers focus on fostering relationships while aiding individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and wellbeing.

  • Individual Care Plans: Tailored to each person's abilities, these plans prioritise safety and satisfaction in activities, respecting the autonomy of the prople we support.

  • Supporting Independence: Whether it's through volunteer work or living semi-independently by managing household tasks, support workers encourage self-reliance.

  • Guidance with Respect: Support workers provide advice on various activities, including healthy eating, but respect the individual's final decisions.

  • Assistance Levels: From aiding in physical activities to helping with daily tasks at home, support workers offer support that aligns with the individual's needs.

    Previous experience working as a Support Worker is highly preferable

  • A compassionate and dedicated professional

  • Confident working with difficult behaviour

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Right to work in the UK
