Support Worker

We require a female support worker to care for a young adult with complex health needs. This will be based in a service user's home in the Blackburn area.

Complex Health needs include seizures, dystonia, suction, feeding tube, medication administration.

Full training will be given to meet the needs of the children; this is through classroom-based learning and shadow shifts.

Driver with own vehicle is essential for this role.

This is a part time vacancy for 11-17 hours per week average. The rota pattern is below, Week 1

Monday 9am till 2pm

Thursday 9am till 3pm

Week 2

Monday 9am till 2pm

Thursday 9am till 3pm

Saturday 11am till 5pm

Week 3

Monday - 9am till 2pm

Thursday - 9am till 3pm

Week 4

Health Care Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving License (required)

Monday - 9am till 2pm
