About the Role: We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join us in Ipswich supporting a young male with physical and learning disabilities. At Community Support Services, our role is to enable people to live independently and actively support them in daily life.

Typical day may look like; Actively supporting with household tasks, leisure activities, accessing a local gym and fun days out!,

• Engage individuals in day-to-day living activities, maximizing community involvement.


• Facilitate social activities and foster connections with family and friends.


• Assist in manging individuals' finances.


• Maintain cleanliness and freshness in individuals' homes and accompany them for shopping.


• Provide and encourage personal care with compassion and respect.
