Must hold a Full UK Driver (Manual) Licence to be considered for this role.

We are recruiting for an amazing Support Worker in Worthing. You will be supporting 3 middle aged gentlemen who are very independent who have keen interests in music, sorts and theatre. They have learning disabilities and autism and epilepsy. If you have a caring, kind and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you.

Previous experience desirable working with adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Mixed Shift Pattern: lates/days and sleep ins and alternate weekends

The role will involve:

  • Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose

  • Prompting with personal care

  • Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry

  • Supporting with medication
