Full Job Description

You will report to the Senior Support Workers and Team Leader to ensure the day service is working towards its vision. You will work within a team to work towards service user outcomes, building on their existing skills and abilities whilst respecting individual needs and choices.

This includes supporting and, on occasions, delivering sessions in line with the session plan, this may be in the building and in the community. The role includes completing personal care and administering medication, as required.

You will be using IT to update documents such as support plans, risk assessments and will have a good working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and assessments of capacity.

The starting pay for the post is £12.18 per hour. The working hours are 8.50am-4pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On a Tuesday you will work 8.50am-5.10pm. The hours are subject to change depending on service need.
