You'll support three amazing gentlemen (aged 25-40) living in their own flats with garden access in Greenford, London. This is a complex environment where you'll work in pairs as part of a small, positive, and supportive team. Your role will involve a mix of fun, active days and meaningful support, helping them live the life they choose. Your Day-to-Day:

  • Take day trips into London for adventures!
  • Enjoy activities like swimming and trampolining.
  • Help them build life skills for greater independence.
  • Provide personal care and support with medication.
  • Assist with shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
  • One gentleman loves going for drives-so being a licensed driver is a must!
