Support Worker

When you'll be working : Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Friday 8.15 am - 4.15 pm (to assist at college) What you'll be doing : This role is to support our 18 year old client at college. Our client has autism and a tracheostomy. You will be required to support him with his clinical equipment.

• Full specialist training , shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager provided
