- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to provide targeted support for young people.
- Safeguard young people through assessment, planning, and reviews.
- Build professional relationships and support young people to reach their potential.
- Engage in young people's activities and collaborate with community resources.
Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma preferred but not required. - Experience working with young people beneficial.
- Genuine desire to support others.
- Good literacy and communication skills.
- Patience and empathy.
- Ability to handle emotional and behavioral challenges.
