Full Job Description

We are setting up a new service within our current service in Hove. This service will be to provide support to young adults to learn independent living skills both at home and in the community. It is also connected to a service where we currently support people., As a support worker you will be required to support people in all aspects of their daily life, such as, medication administration, financial support, personal care, support in the community, travel training, helping the person find employment or education opportunities. You will work part of a team and there will be some lone working.

The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity based in Brighton & Hove and the wider Sussex community that has been working with people with a Learning Disability and autistic people since 1898. Our mission is to work towards being led by people with Learning Disabilities and autistic people to deliver high-quality housing, support and activities in their local communities.
