WAKING NIGHT Support Worker opportunity in Trowbridge supporting people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs, to live their best lives

  • Hourly Rate £12.50 per hour - sleep nights paid at £50 per night
  • Full-time or part-time hours
  • Shifts available: Wake Nights
  • We are looking for a proactive, engaging and caring person to join our close-knit support teams in Trowbridge supporting people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs, to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live. We have two lovely homes, next door to each other, in Trowbridge. Two people live in each home and as part of our committed team, you will be work across both homes to provide exceptional support to the four people who live here. The needs of the people we support are complex, so you will need to bring your 'A Game' to ensure you are providing the highest level of support whilst working with humour and compassion This is a fabulous opportunity to develop yours skills in complex care, including PEG feeding and suctioning. You need to demonstrate a high level of integrity and initiative to become a trusted member of our Waking Night Team. Whilst you will only be working nights, there is an expectation that during your induction period, and for certain training and team events, you will be required to work some day hours.
