Role: Support WorkerSalary: £11.75 per hourLocation: HonitonHours: Full-time & part hours availableWelcome Bonus: £250 for new starters at our Honiton service, As a Support Worker, your role is crucial in helping the people we support live their lives as independently as possible. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with household tasks
  • Teaching and developing essential life skills
  • Encouraging community involvement
  • Accompanying individuals on trips and leisure activities
  • Providing personal care
  • Taking an active interest in the lives of those you support

    We are looking for compassionate individuals who can work effectively as part of a team and treat the people we support with the respect and dignity they deserve. If you combine these qualities with a friendly and positive attitude, you'll have all the key ingredients for success in this role., This role involves working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, so flexibility is essential. Successful applicants will be subject to a full DBS check, the cost of which will be covered by United Response. You'll also be using our digital app, Nourish, to manage care and support plans. Experience with digital tools is a plus, but don't worry - we'll provide full training.
