Full Job Description

The role of Support Worker is really varied, it can be anything from helping individuals to learn and develop life skills to helping with their day to day living. At this Service you will be supporting a gentleman who is non-verbal, has autism and a severe learning disability. Duties will include:

  • Helping to provide structure and routine as well as giving encouragement, guidance and support on a daily basis.
  • Supporting with jobs around the house such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Personal care when needed.
  • Helping to support when going out into the community.

    We are not looking for specific skills or experience as we provide full training, however excellent communication and people skills are a must!
  • A full UK Drivers Licence would be beneficial.
