Full Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will provide person centred support to empower vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and Autism that may display behaviours that challenge and complex needs. We are not looking for experience and you will receive full training around Autism, forensic risk, trauma informed support and positive behavioural support. You will also receive dedicated and person-centred support from your team leader through regular supervisions and guidance on your development. What we are looking for
