Support Worker - Swansea - Full time - 39 hours a week plus sleep-ins - £11.25 to £11.80 an hour We're a leading organisation dedicated to provide exceptional care and support to young people who have had childhood trauma, are struggling with mental health or both. • Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
• Being a positive role model.
• Promoting independence by supporting a range of social, school and work-based activities.
• Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
• Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
• General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.

• Previous care experience preferred but not essential.
• To hold a current valid driver's license.
• Compassion and empathy.
• Good communication both verbal and written.
• Flexibility around shift times.
• To be reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
