Full Job Description

Support Worker Frome £12.37 per hour Full and Part time positions available Stable hours each week

Are you like me a massive Liverpool fan? How about Elvis Presley or Radio 2? If you do, we've already got things in common. I'm a middle-aged gentleman living in an independent flat with 8 other people in the building. The other people I live with & I are looking for new support workers to support us with all the small things; an evening watching football, going out for the day and all the way to big things such as holidays or getting new jobs.

My new support workers would have to adhere to Discovery's values of Courage, Ambition, Integrity, Partnership & Respect. If you think you've got those values, the team will teach you everything you need to know with full training provided!

Things like that make a difference every day. He comes around to say hello to us and the people we support to see if everything is ok. He is so approachable and he always has time for you. You feel like you could tell him anything even if you had a personal problem." Key everyday tasks, · Support to go out and attend activities, meet up with friends and build new relationships.

- · Help, encourage and support me to do my housework

- · Keep written records, using IT systems to update my support plan, financial information and health and safety records.

Shift Patterns: These can vary throughout the week and can be flexible. For example - 7am - 2:30pm / 8am - 3:30pm / 9am - 4:30pm / 2:20 - 10pm / 9am - 3pm / 4pm - 9pm - Plus alternate weekends.
