Hours of Work:40 Hours Per Week - Various shifts available
- To support each individual within their home and in the wider community.
- To respond to the service users individual needs and aspirations, assisting them to maximise their independence and respond to all opportunities presented to them during their daily life.
- To support and assist with all aspects of daily living including personal care and environment management.
- To support the service user with leisure, recreational, educational and employment based activities and encourage them to become a valued and active member of their local community.
- To work with other staff in a manner that promotes team-building, within the scope of company policies.
Is honest and reliable, has good observation and listening skills and is adept at receiving constructive feedback. - Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, including a command of the English language.
- Has the ability in challenging situations to manage behaviours, remain calm, and follow instructions effectively.
- That has the commitment to the philosophy of care in the community that is evident through their genuine understanding and empathy for people.
- Is able to maintain a positive and professional manner.
