We are growing our Support Team in Brackla, Bridgend CF31 2JN and are seeking confident, engaging, and caring Support Workers

£12.00 per hour Sleep nights are paid at £50.00 per night

- Part Time (minimum 22.5 hours per week) or flexible Relief contracts

- Shifts: 08:00-15:00; 15:00-21:00; the sleep shift is 10:00-23:00 SLEEP followed by 07:00-10:00

- Preference will be given to applicants who hold a full UK or EU Driving Licence

We are looking for quite unique individuals, who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live.

You will be part of strong, close team who believe passionately in delivering truly person centred support.

There are four gentleman living together, who have learning disabilites & autism - if you are familiar with British Sign Language, that would be an added bonus!

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives - this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting and developing daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, as needed.
