Support worker

This is for a support worker in a mental health residential home.
The service supports people with mental health.
Shifts include working weekends and doing sleep in shifts., The role is to support people who live in the home with daily life skills and activities, Updating support plans and risk assessments. Updating daily notes and ordering medication and general housing keeping of the service.
Working with other professionals involved in the clients care.
You will also be administering medication and supporting clients to health care appointments.
