Full Job Description

Do you want to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities?, As a Support Worker, you will be a crucial part of our team, providing both practical and emotional support. Your role will include:

  • Assisting with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning
  • Organising and participating in fun and engaging leisure activities
  • Accompanying individuals on holidays and outings
  • Helping our clients access community resources and opportunities
  • Promoting and encouraging independence
  • Providing personal care and managing complex needs
  • Coordinating with other agencies and families
  • You'll also use our digital app, Nourish, to manage care and support plans. Don't worry if you're not tech-savvy-full training will be provided!

    We're seeking individuals who are:
  • Kind, compassionate, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping others
  • Able to think on your feet and adapt to varying situations
  • Bring a bright personality and a sense of humor to your work
  • Experience with learning disabilities is a plus, but not essential

  • We are currently expanding our dedicated team in Welwyn, where we provide exceptional care to eight remarkable individuals with complex needs. Our mission is to enrich their lives, and we need passionate Support Workers to help make that happen.
