Support Worker

We have full time positions available for support worker. As a Christian charity running a Christian ethos programme, this position is covered by our GOR which means that it should be fulfilled by a practicing Christian.
The vacancies are at our Loughborough and Six Hills residential sites.
The role supports residents on their entry to the residential programme. This includes support through a residents detox period and aiding the resident in progressing through our residential programme, where they will receive therapy and support, and finally resettlement.
Duties would include monitoring persons on-site, inductions with residents, providing moral support, a small amount of therapeutic support and working with the department manager on other reasonable requests.
