Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will join an inclusive and supportive team that works together to provide care and support to people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Your responsibilities will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. It's a challenging but rewarding environment, and you'll need a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance to succeed. The role offers flexible shift patterns, including 7am - 2.30pm, 2pm - 9.30pm, and 7am - 9:30pm, with every other weekend worked.
