Support Worker

As a Support Worker at Bradfield House in Worthing, you will join an inclusive and supportive team that works together to provide care to people with conditions of Learning Disability and Autism. You will use your knowledge and skills to help people along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life. Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
