SUPPORT WORKER ROLE - HERTFORDSHIRE
You'll support 5 adults with Learning Disabilities at our registered care home. Your role includes:
o Helping with DAY-TO-DAY TASKS like personal care, meal prep, and housekeeping.
o Supporting service users with ACTIVITIES: Bowling, swimming, walking, lunch outings, and more.
o BUILDING GENUINE RELATIONSHIPS and ensuring care is high quality and tailored to individual needs.
