Support worker

Avenues is a community where people smile, laugh, grow and achieve great things, we know that well-supported people support people well, which makes them want to do their very best for the people we support, and achieve our vision., We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Warlingham, supporting 2 individuals with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge in a supported living home with 3 support staff on each day shift. The service is located very close to Warlingham village with a local Sainsbury s and other restaurants, cafés and pubs. Nearest train stations are Whyteleafe, Caterham, Sanderstead and Croydon, with local buses frequently running to these areas.,

• Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
