Full Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker role to work in one of our brilliant supported living services in Dover. Here at United Response we pride ourselves on providing person-centred support to young people and adults with mental health needs, physical disabilities and learning disabilities, our Support Workers are a key part of making sure that happens.

Someone with passion, energy, skills and enthusiasm to support individuals in their home and community - Able to inspire and work as a team in a social care setting.
- Able to demonstrate experience in working alongside people with autism, some health care needs and learning disabilities.
- Someone who can demonstrate absolute commitment towards recognising and achieving the aspirations of the people we support and working alongside them and the team to really make things happen.
- Able to see and seize the opportunities that everyday life gives us.
- Experienced in supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
- As part of your role, you will be using a digital app called Nourish, where all care and support plans of the people we support are held.
