Support Worker

About the Team and job role. The aim of the Supported Living Service is to provide support for adults with learning disabilities and or autism who wish to live independently in the Bath and Northeast Somerset area. Your main place of work will be in the community, working in service users homes. The Supported Living Service does have offices based at Carrswood Day Services in Twerton Bath and Connections Day Services in Writhlington Radstock. We are looking for a support worker to be based in one of our Connections Location on a full-time basis on a permanent contract.This role is for 37 hrs hours per week (one post available) and involvesa rota system which includes working every other weekend with some bank holidays for which enhancements are paid.
