Full Job Description

An exceptional opportunity for a female support worker to join our team. You'll provide one-to-one care for someone with intellectual disabilities and communication needs. The successful candidate will work in pairs in an annexe on the tenant's family land. You'll assist with daily activities, attend community events, and support the tenant through life's challenges.

We're seeking someone with a genuine interest in caring for others, kindness, patience, resilience, and a keen sense of fun. Previous care experience is not required, but experience with individuals with learning difficulties or disabilities is encouraged.

As a critical member of our team, you'll receive a starting salary of £26,923

You will be required to work a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends and some bank holidays. Some sleep-ins are also required at a rate of £67.50 per night. o Early: 7:30 am to 3 pm o Late: 2:30 pm to 10 pm
