This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with enjoying hobbies. Who will you be supporting? This single occupancy service is home to a Male who enjoys going to sporting events, cooking and day trips to places such as Liskeard. This gentleman takes great pride in his appearance and makes sure his home is kept in excellent order. He can experience some challenges therefore you will need to come with patience, resilience and able to provide gentle but steady support. Our Support Workers are the heart of our team. We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to - Whether that's travelling the world or spending time in their local park! All we ask is that you have a clean driving licence and the commitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support to make this happen.

Support Worker Salary: £12 per hour along with a sleep in allowance of £62 Relief Support Worker Salary: £12 per hour + 12.07% holiday entitlement payment, In return, we will help you build a rewarding career along with the following benefits;
