Full Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Support Worker to join us in Watford, Hertfordshire. You will be supporting a gentleman whose interests will take you on adventures! Here is a glimpse of what to expect:
- Exploring the world of trains and visiting model railway clubs.
- Day trips to the York Railway Museum and theme parks.
- Visiting the zoo and finding the best coffee spots around.
- Watching YouTube videos and bingeing on Disney classics.
- Getting tickets to his favourite TV shows and cheering on in audiences such as "The Masked Singer."
- Enjoying the magic of live theatre performances. No two days are the same, and every day is a chance to help him live his best life. The Job Role
- Helping him stay on top of his medication.
- Encouraging independence with personal care, dressing, and showering.
- Supporting him with shopping trips and meal preparation.
- Keeping his home tidy and organised with cleaning and laundry assistance.
- Support to manage his money. Shifts: Work patterns include 10 am - 9 pm, 10 am - 2 pm, or 6 pm - 10 pm, with alternate weekends and bank holidays included.

- 12 to 22 hours per week (1 long day or two shorter shifts)
- £12.00 per hour.
- A Full UK driving licence with business insurance and access to a car is essential for this role., £12.00 per hour - Competitive pay.
