Support Worker (Children's Service)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide individualized care and support to our children and young people. The Support Worker will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily tasks, promoting independence, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment.,

• Provide personal care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans


• Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks


• Foster a respectful and inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes independence


• Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families


• Document and report any changes in clients' health or emotional well-being


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support team members to ensure the highest quality of care
  
  Level 3 or above in Residential Childcare


• Empathetic and caring individual with a strong commitment to promoting equality and inclusion


• Previous experience in a support worker or similar role is highly desirable


• Knowledge of person-centered care and the ability to tailor support to individual needs


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
