- Serve as a role model for children, supporting them in achieving personal goals and developmental milestones.
- Work directly with children and young people in a shift-based role, which includes weekends and sleep-in duties.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment that promotes each child's well-being and development. About the Role:
