Full Job Description
As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients. Your duties will include :
Facilitating community engagement and participation . Our clients are very much part of their communities.
Assisting with meal preparation, while promoting the client's active participation
Supporting individuals with household tasks and upkeep
Administering medication
Accompanying individuals on outings and activities
Coordinating and attending medical appointments
Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
