Support Worker Days - Deal

We are looking for outstanding people to join our team in Deal. Due to changes in residents needs, we are looking for people who want to make a difference! You need to be caring, willing to learn and have a positive outlook on life, wanting to make the most of each day. We will guide and encourage you to enable you to support the people we work with., You do not need any experience, but you do need to be willing to learn, to work hard, and to be a team player. A reasonable standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively is required.

Due to our remote location, driving is preferable due to limited access via public transport.

Hourly rate from £11.44 per hour and weekends attract a 50p per hour incentive.
