- With over 95% of our staff in permanent roles, we'll support you in applying for a permanent position if it's right for you., As a Relief Support Worker, you will assist our permanent staff by filling shifts due to annual leave, training, and other absences. While hours may vary, your manager will work to accommodate your availability. You will provide essential support to Sarah, who has a learning disability and lives independently in St Albans.
