Full Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting people with Learning Disabilities? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!
We welcome candidates with experience in the housing and support sector. However, we're also looking for people who may not have this experience but have the qualities and skills we feel would most benefit our customers: professionalism, empathy and understanding, life experience, and a desire to develop their knowledge and skills to best support our customers.
You'll support key work service users to achieve individual goals as set out in each service user's Person Centred Support Plan. Working for Clarion as part of the Kent team you'll be delivering exceptional support services to our customers.
Experience isn't always necessary. If you have the right attitude, good customer service skills, share our values and are willing to learn, you're likely to be a great fit. A full training package will be provided to new members of our team to help them develop the skills to become a great support worker.
If you're a confident, warm and friendly person, with a passion for supporting people, who can be flexible and adapt to different situations, we would like you to join our team. This is a genuinely rewarding role where no two days are the same.
We provide a 24/7 service, you'll therefore be able to work day shifts, evenings and sleep-ins on a rota basis., Applicants must be able to travel across regions as required., Disability Confident

A Disability Confident employer will generally offer an interview to any applicant that declares they have a disability and meets the minimum criteria for the job as defined by the employer. It is important to note that in certain recruitment situations such as high-volume, seasonal and high-peak times, the employer may wish to limit the overall numbers of interviews offered to both disabled people and non-disabled people. For more details please go to Disability Confident.
We want Clarion to be a workplace where everyone feels valued, can be themselves and know they can reach their full potential. We embrace and celebrate our differences through various initiatives and support colleagues through a number of staff networks.
We're committed to building a strong, diverse workforce and making Clarion an inclusive place to work.
