Male Support Worker - Sheffield
Part time - 30 hours
Must have FULL UK drivers licence - Manual

We're on the lookout for a dedicated male Support Worker to assist a 70-year old sports fanatic in his own home in Sheffield. He's seeking someone reliable, personable, and read to chat about the latest scores, classic matches, and everything in between!

A bit about him:

  • Sports fanatic: He's all about cricket, football, golf, and snooker - If there's a match on, he's watching it!

  • Sheffield United Devotee: A proud season ticket holder who never misses a game.

  • Live sporting Events: Loves catching the snooker at the crucible in Sheffield, and heading to the coast to watch cricket.

  • Sky Sports Regular: His TV is always tuned in for the latest sporting action.

  • Love a flutter: Enjoys a bet on the horses and is a regular lottery ticket buyer.

  • Bargain Hunter Extraordinaire: Always on the lookout for a great deal!

  • Music & Movies buff: Grooves to the sounds of the 60s - especially Petula Clark - and will happily watch a Christmas movie any time of year

  • 80's TV Enthusiast: Obsessed with his collection of old 80's DVD box sets.


  • What you'll do:

  • Help Around the house: Give him a hand with personal care and getting about.

  • Meals: Shop, cook, and nudge him towards healthier choices (He might need a bit of convincing!)

  • Planning: Help him plan his day and keep him busy with what he loves.

  • Driving: Be his driver in his mobility care for local trips.

  • Home Care: Support to keep his place tidy and look after his budgie.

  • Chatting: Use clear, positive English.
