Support Worker Male

We support some social butterflies who love to catch up with friends and family, swimming and cooking. We also support people who prefer a quieter life spending time with animals, long walks and watching movies. The people we support have learning disabilities, autism & various other needs. We are supporting them in working in a friendly complex setting (made up of 5 bungalows) which is a lovely community feel. Energetic support workers with a good initiative and a good sense of humour would be wonderful matches. What will I be doing? You will be supporting people to live their lives how they choose and to achieve their personal goals. Support can include varying degrees of personal care, some manual handling requirements, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. You will also need to provide emotional reassurance when experiencing behaviours of distress - full positive behaviour support training is provided but previous experience is essential., Shift Patterns

We have a range of shifts available including Long Days, Sleep In Shifts & Shorter Day Shifts, This will include working both week days and weekends flexibly. Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we're really passionate about! Why choose Dimensions?
