Full Job Description

We are looking for inspiring, friendly and caring individuals to join our fabulous care teams. As a Support Worker at LDC Care Co no two days are the same. You will be supporting our service users with their range of hobbies and interests which range from going on holidays, pamper days, going to events, the cinema, theme parks to spending the day browsing the shops. As a Support Worker with LDC Care Co, you will be trained to provide high-quality care via our comprehensive two-week induction programme at Head Office, but your learning does not stop there. LDC Care Co is committed to lifelong learning and has its own LDC Academy and provided with opportunities to develop your career in social care.     Ideally, you may have experience working within care settings and supporting adults with similar needs.
