Support Worker (Part-time)

Complete Care Agency aims to provide care for people who need assistance with their activities of daily living. This also ensures the safety and well-being of everyone involved in the care of individuals are maintained at a high level. We are seeking a male support worker for a young man in LS18 Candidates must be able to drive clients manual vehicle This is a part time position around 25- 30 hours a week Various shifts available including night shifts. Weekend working is required for this role.

Skills and personal characteristics needed to be a carer are:

• Caring and kind with a desire to make a difference in clients' lives.
• Cheerful and friendly.
• Willing to be hands-on with clients at all times while following their care plan.
• Willing to do personal care tasks. (washing, toileting, etc.)
• Willing to undertake more complex care including tracheostomy, nebulizers, peg feeding or stoma, and Bowel care.
• Administering medication.
• Able to follow instructions and procedures.
• Able to prepare meals to the clients taste.
• Able to work in a team but also use their initiative.
• Willing to adapt to ongoing training as client's practice and needs may change.
