    I am a mother to 6 year old twin boys and require a pro-active support worker to assist me with taking them out for social activities. They have Autistic Spectrum Disorder and have limited speech so experience of ASD is required. They enjoy being active and outdoors, running around, going swimming, going to the park, trampolining and soft play. Support with personal care e.g. changing for swimming, toileting, washing hands required. Ideally you should be able to swim, although they currently use the baby pool. You should also be fit and healthy to do the required duties and able to keep them safe and supervised at all times. You must be patient, reliable, friendly, trustworthy and flexible. You must also be a driver with your own car and a non-smoker. Reasonable mileage when taking the boys out will be reimbursed. You will report to me as your employer.
